About Us
Coach Cassandra
- Cassandra, former Canadian champion, brings her love of rhythmic gymnastics to the youths of El Paso. Her career as an elite competitive gymnast spanned a decade. During her competitive years she was named to the Canadian junior and senior national teams 5 times and was 3 time Canadian group champion. Coach Cassy was head coach and owner of the very successful Rhythmicana Gymnastics club in Alberta, Canada for 15 years prior to moving to the USA. Cassy is also an internationally credientialed offical in the sport of Rhythmic Gymnastics.
Rhythmic Gymnastics
Rhythmic Gymnastics is an Olympic sport that is a stunning combination of gymnastics and dance, with spectacular hand apparatus manipulation, done to music. Rhythmics combines athleticism, grace, agility, flexibility and musicality. It is the most beautiful sport, for all ages!
